Can you believe it?! In this day and age how dare any website decide that they’re not going to serve to a fairly large (and growing stedily) userbase?! Damn you Air New Zealand. I take this as a personal attack!

Damn them! The web is the only way I book tickets for Air NZ, and now I’m going to be forced to book using Windows?! (albeit running on my Mac, of course… ;)

I have to say that it’s pretty poor, considering their old system ran perfectly well on a Mac. And how hard could it be for them to support Mac anyway? Thousands of other e-commerce and booking sites do it perfectly well, including Air NZ in the past. I don’t think there is much excuse for this type of thing nowadays.

Bah. This is just plain ol lazy. There is absolutely no reason for a site to be non-accessible on any common platform. Slack b*tches. And it’s not like they couldn’t justify the budget - I’m willing to bet a pretty significant percentage of sales run through that site.

As I recall darren we first got in contact over a similar issue, that cokeFridge site that won’t let mac users or even PC users in firefox (or any non IE browser for that matter) access the site. Just checked it again (what, like 9-10 months later) and it’s STILL kicking you for not being ‘compliant’

“CokeTunes does not currently work in the Mozilla Firefox browser due to technical limitations.”

Yeah, the technical limitations that exist due to you having sucky web developers. And you can’t tell me coke didn’t have the budget.

this really only affects safari users. There are a large community of os x users who use safari. Safari is actually a better browser than FF…just dont tell anyone ;)
